My account shows I was charged twice. What do I need to do in order to get my additional payment back?Updated 5 months ago
Duplicate charges are often a result of a failed payment. This happens when a charge has been declined (usually due to an incorrect billing address or incorrect card information). The declined charge sometimes show up as a "pending" charge on your account but it will never post since it wasn't successful. The pending charge should automatically fall off within 1-2 business days depending on your bank/cardholder. If you are still showing duplicate charges, please reach out to your bank/cardholder directly.
