How to set up a return/exchange?

To set up a return/exchange, you can do one of the two options below:

1. Click on the following link: Compression Stockings Return Portal

You will need your full "CSTCK_______" order number & email address or billing zip code.
Complete the prompts & submit!

2. Call us (1-855-787-8205) or email us ([email protected]) and we will set the return/exchange up for you!

How will I send my item(s) back?

You will receive a return label from us via email. Once received, you will need to print the label and attach it to your package. We prefer you return the item(s) to us in their original packaging but you can use any package/box that is acceptable for USPS to ship.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment once the item(s) arrive at our warehouse. Once we receive the return, please allow 24-48 business hours for the refund to be posted to your account.

When will I receive my exchanged order?

Once the returned package is scanned at USPS, the new order will be automatically processed and shipped from our warehouse.

What is the cost of a return label?

Our prepaid USPS return shipping labels are $6.95 and will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are free to process.

How do I print this return label without a printer?

If you don’t have a printer, please contact us, and we can mail your label to you. Depending on your location, some return/exchange labels can be printed at your local post office. Please advise, mailing the label usually takes 5-7 business days to be received.

Please note: Returned items are shipped via USPS. You can drop the returned items off at your local Post Office or schedule a parcel pick-up through the USPS Website.
